We help young women and girls in the Western Cape and surrounds who are experiencing hardship get prepared for work and navigate their personal and working life with success. We’re a not-for-profit company and a registered non-profit organisation based right here in Sybrand Park  helping women through a range of services on a regional scale. We believe in a future that is equal, positive and powerful for women in the workplace.

Our goal is to ensure our own girls and young women never have to struggle without money, so our dream is to serve the youth female with the right career and personal development tools and help them excel to become excellent professionals through a life-skills programme for personal effectiveness.

A secondary goal is to provide young women with practical skills, knowledge, self-esteem, and know-how so that they can move forward with confidence in the workplace. Empowerment and inclusion are at the heart of all we do here at The Career Practice and we warmly welcome anyone who identifies as a woman and those who do need to use our services. We believe in, we support and we transform the lives of women in the knowledge that when a woman is empowered, she is empowered for life.
